PARKING
The Venue on Broad has 22 parking spaces available with rental along with parking next door at The Veranda on Broad which has an additional 33 Parking spaces . If one or the other event is booked and requires both parking lots then we will not book any other event so a total of 55 spots will be available for the same time slot. There are other additional nearby options and other lots to rent around Saucehouse if needed.
ABOUT US
The Venue on Broad is owned by its parent company Elegantly Southern Catering and Events which also owns our new event space next door, The Veranda on Broad, as well as Saucehouse BBQ Catering. At our heart, we are a chef driven catering company that wants every event to be one that is remembered by its food and service!
CATERING
Outside catering is not allowed, however we do have menus available from Elegantly Southern Catering and its sister company Saucehouse BBQ Catering for all in house catering. We offer a variety of options and would love to speak with you about customizing the perfect menu for your special day!

-55 private parking spaces with additional nearby options
-Interior uplighting with color options
-Sound throughout the venue included with a hookup for any DJ if requested.
-Bridal Suite equipped with TV, seating, coffee bar, half kitchen and vanities for entirety of day.
-1 hour at the venue for an optional engagement photoshoot on another day!
-10” dinner plates, 5” dessert/salad plate, Water Goblets, Wine Glasses, and silverware are included with all catering packages
-Staff included with rental and additional staff included with catering packages for 4-6 hours to oversee the event and help with serving food and setup and cleanup.

Yes, we charge $15 a linen and have black and white gingham, red and white gingham, and black tablecloths. We can also help facilitate receiving additional linens from suppliers of your choice!

We offer all inclusive packages from Beer and Wine, Full Bar setup with liquor and mixers, and we even offer purchase by the drink options. Bartenders are included with all package options and we do charge $250 a bartender for every 50 guests for pay by the drink options.

We work with a variety of vendors and are happy to share our preferred vendors list upon signing with us. We are also willing to work in conjunction with any vendor of your choosing as long as they are in good standing with our company! Payment to all third party vendors will need to be made directly with them.

Please email thevenueonbroad@gmail.com for all inquiries including food options. You can also call 1-888-978-7948 ext 4. Our tours are free but we do require a credit card on file for weekend tours as we do charge $100 for a no show/same day cancellation.

Yes! We allow for at minimum one hour before but will need to work around any other possible booked events. We recommend renting out our catering venue next door, The Veranda, for a rehearsal luncheon or dinner!

There is a bridal suite at The Venue on Broad which is included in the rental fee. We have an additional space for rent that can be used for a groom or extra guests needs! Please ask sales manager about this space!
